Areas of Practice: Jack Selden practices in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation, and internal corporate investigations. Jack is a past President of NAFUSA. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in White Collar Criminal Defense. Jack has extensive experience in cases arising from federal fraud investigations, including the representation of clients in Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam cases. Jack focuses on complex civil and criminal litigation in the areas of health care and defense procurement fraud, securities fraud, antitrust and environmental crimes. He currently serves as Co-Chairman of the DOJ Dialogue Group of the White Collar Crime Committee of the American Bar Association, which is tasked with addressing issues of interest or concern with the leadership of the Department of Justice.
